Medicaleshop.com offers Free Shipping on most Orders over $100.00. Products Qualified under the Free shipment program will arrive by UPS or FedEx Ground Service.
Before Ordering: We encourage our clients to call us to ascertain the current stock and back order status of products before placing the order online.
Return and Warranty Policies: Strictly applies as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Returns: If an item is returned where there is no manufacturer’s fault the customer is obliged to pay the return shipping and the original free shipping.
The offer for Free Shipping is Valid for Continental U.S. only, and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Please call us for Shipping Estimates on Expedited Shipments within U.S. and All International Shipments, including Canada.
There are certain Products where Shipping Charges will apply based on the Weight and Size. Our Product Description Page will inform all Buyers about Shipping Charges applicable.
Please note that often there is a lead time incurred to ship a product. It would take shipping time plus the lead time for you to receive products you purchased.
We currently ship to any address in the United States and Canada. Shipments to Canada do not qualify for free-shipping feature.
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes and/or from multiple locations. The shipping quotes by these carriers will appear once you proceed to checkout. You can select the rate that suits you best.
Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes for payment authorization, order processing and actual transit time. While most in-stock orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will be shipped that day, Medicaleshop does not guarantee same-day shipping. In addition, delivery schedules are subject to circumstances beyond the carrier's control such as weather conditions and mechanical problems.
- The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus shipping and applicable sales tax.
- For all returns, shipping is pre-paid by the customer.
- If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify our Customer Service department so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.
- Medicaleshop does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.
Medicaleshop offers free shipping and handling anywhere in the continental US for order worth $100 or more.
Shipments are sent via commercial ground carrier. Your order will travel by regular ground service which usually takes 3-7 working days. Please Note: Some items have a normal lead-time of 1-2 weeks before they are ready to be shipped.
This free shipping policy does not apply to returns or exchanges.
Extra shipping charges might apply for certain special items due to their size, dimensions and weight. Please contact us for exact quotes on such items.
We accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. If any defective items are received, please contact us and we will have the item picked at no cost to you. The returned goods must have their original packaging and be unused. Certain restrictions will apply based on product type. All returns have to be authorized by Medicaleshop.com. Please do not ship any items without a Return Authorization number from us.
Custom products are not returnable. Re-stocking fees might apply for certain products. Please inquire about product return policy at the time you purchase the item. Once Return Authorization number is issued, you must return the product within 10 days to receive full refund. We will credit your account as per the credit card used or mail you a check within two weeks, if paid by check.
Our standard returns policy will apply if an order is canceled after the item has shipped - you will need to obtain a Return Authorization number and ship the item back.
