Wenzelite Drive Medical Trotter Mobility Chair is a lightweight positioning chair with a wide range of options that provide custom positioning for your child’s needs and its simple adjustments allow the chair to grow with your child. Trotter is a pediatric stroller with compact and lightweight folding frame consisting closure strap that holds the mobility chair shut when folded. Trotter Mobility Chair has positioning pelvic belt and five point "H" harness with padded strap covers. The reversible padded strap covers increase comfort and one side of cover is imitation lamb's wool and the other is velour.

In order to expedite a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) should be obtained. Unauthorized returns without a previously issued RMA are not accepted.

When requesting an RMA, please provide your customer number, purchase order, model, serial number (when applicable), quantity, reason for return, and a valid email address. RMA's expire after 30 days of issuance.

• Carton damaged items must be marked "DAMAGED" and must be returned within seven (7) days of original receipt.
• For unused items reported defective, with an RMA issued within thirty (30) days of original receipt, a no-charge repair part will be sent to the purchaser.
• Used items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranties.
• Unused items in saleable condition (original box / packaging), which have an RMA, and are returned by customer within sixty (60) days of original receipt, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Unused items in saleable condition, returned as a result of a manufacturer error, with an RMA issued after ten (10) days must be shipped back at customer's expense. Only items returned within thirty (30) days of the original receipt shall be eligible for credit.
• All returns from "internet", "end-user", and "drop-ship" customers must be sent back to the manufacturer by the customer.
• The limited warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components such as rubber and plastic materials (i.e. wheels and brakes) which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement, or accessories.
