Usage Instructions

Step 1:

Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin.

Step 2:

Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.

Step 3:

Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Do not constrict blood flow.
