• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment.
• Returns forsizes 2 & 3 are subject to a 20% restocking fee and 30% restocking fee for size 4.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the customer and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• If an exchange is taking place the new order must be placed when the return is being processed.The restocking fee for an exchange is 12%.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Any returns that do not have an approved RA number on the outside of the box will be refused.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
