AEL Tri-Pad Headrest with Mounting Bracket

AEL Tri-Pad headrest provides midline cervical position for those who have asymmetrical cervical presentation, generalized weakness/fatigue, or who use a tilt/recline wheelchair. Pads are curved with an occipital contour at the bottom of the middle pad. Tri-pad headrest features 1/2" medium SunMate foam under a black dartex or vinyl cover.

Headrest brackets:

• Standard removable headrest bracket, long bar (8½") - Provides vertical adjustment or removes by loosening the knob and sliding the post into position. Horizontal and angle adjustment achieved by loosening the clamp and sliding the bars forward, backward or at an angle.
• Standard removable headrest bracket, short bar (5") - Provides vertical adjustment or removes by loosening the knob and sliding the post into position. Horizontal and angle adjustment achieved by loosening the clamp and sliding the bars forward, backward or at an angle.
• POSAlinc adjustable headrest bracket, flip down (S-plate AEL pad compatible) - Provides a full range of adjustment to position the headrest pad in precise location, swings headrest away while staying attached to chair.
• POSAlinc adjustable headrest bracket, removable (S-plate AEL pad compatible) - Provides a full range of adjustment to position the headrest pad in precise location, allows headrest pad to be removed from the system with a twist of the knob.

Any product found to be defective in material and workmanship during normal use will be repaired or replaced according to the schedule below:

• Hardware - Lifetime
• Soft Goods - 1 Year
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment.
• All returns are subject to inspection by us and some returns may be charged a restocking and/or rework fee
• All returns must have an RA number (Returned Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
• Custom fabricated products may not be returned.
