Bailey Geri chair features natural solid ash frame and the standard upholstery color is black (Other colors are also available with no extra charges). Geri chairs are designed to be used in hospitals, nursing homes, and medical offices for either client or visitor seating.

Warranty
The manufacturer warrants all its products against defects in material & workmanship or design as under:
- Main product is warranted under normal use and service conditions for Five Years from the date of original purchase.
- All other components are warranted for a period of Two Years from the date of original purchase.
- If the product or equipment becomes defective within the designated warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge.
- Authorization must be received before returning the products.
- Manufacturer will not accept collect shipments and reserves the right to repair or replace component parts without the return of the entire unit.
- This warranty does not covers damage resulting from accident, abuse or misuse of the product and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, or negligence.

Returns
- Positively no returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment.
- We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover inspection, handling and repackaging.
- A Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and must be clearly marked on all cartons and correspondence.
- The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
- Any damage due to use, mishandling or improper packing of the return will be noted and deducted from the credit issued.
- No returns accepted for Hygiene & Bath products due to health concerns
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
