Bodypoint® padded leg harness is designed for those who frequently thrust, slide out of their seats, or have spasticity. The distinctive, user-friendly form of the harness makes proper use virtually infallible, and depending on the situation, it can be worn with or without a pelvic belt. Leg harness wraps each leg from the rear of the seat, to the inner thigh at the front of the chair. This increases the surface area for greater control of movement. This is a great alternative to a groin strap.
The seat mounting bracket (optional) makes it simple and secure to attach belts to active wheelchairs. They are ideal for chairs with a solid seat foundation or sling seat upholstery. The 20° bracket is designed to be mounted on the seat tube's side, while the 90° bracket is perfect for installing on top. Either configuration places the belt as close as possible to the user, for a better fit.
