Cooling Instructions:

1. Freezer Storage: Place the pack in the freezer for a minimum of one hour before use.
2. Application: Wrap the pack in a fabric cover before applying it to the treatment area.
3. Therapeutic Duration: The pack will maintain its therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Safety Precautions: Discard the pack if a leak develops.
