DermaRite ComfortFoam Silicone Border Lite Dressing is a thin, self-adherent silicone foam island dressing with a soft silicone contact layer, a flexible polyurethane foam pad, and a vapor-permeable, moisture-proof outer film. The silicone adhesive adheres to the surrounding skin but not to the wound bed, reducing pain and the danger of wound damage. Depending on the condition of the wound, it can be safely worn for several days.
