- The promotional code or coupon discounts the entire purchase or applied to the single line item.
- After applying the code, the discount is either reflected in the form of a percent or dollar amount.
- International orders are not applicable for promo codes or coupons.
- Free shipping promotion is not applicable in Alaska and Hawaii region.

How to apply promo code?
You can apply promo code at the time of checkout under “HAVE A PROMO CODE” section. The applicable discount will be applied to your order. In case of expired code, a message will be displayed.
Due to manufacturer’s restriction on some brands, few brands aren't eligible for discounts. Here are the list of brands on which promotions are not applicable.

Other reasons why coupons aren’t working
- One code applies to one order only
- Promo codes/Coupons are not applicable to international orders
- Coupons are applicable to a minimum cart value and up to a certain maximum savings (as per Medicaleshop)
- Free Shipping codes are NOT valid in Alaska and Hawaii
- Some coupons may apply to a particular product and not on others due to brand restrictions
- Coupons may have expired

Free shipping may not apply to items like:
