Kangaroo Joey Safety Screw Spike with Flush Bag is a complete feeding set to help reduce incorrect and accidental disconnections of iv lines and feeding tubes. The purple color-coded cap involved in the spike set is compatible only with a few select options of pre-filled feeding bags to help reduce wrong connections. The included flush bag is also compatible with the spike set only, the bag helps flush and clean tubing of feedings which is a process that needs to be done after every feeding session. The set can be connected to use by a pump machine such as the Kangaroo Joey Enteral Feeding Pump.The kangaroo 765100 has an entry located on the top of that bag with a wide enough opening to pour in solutions and liquids to administer. The set is made of a latex-free material for use with a wide range of patients.
