To determine the duration between two instances, roll two sets of dice, with each set containing a yellow and white die. The yellow dice indicate the AM hours, with blue numbers from 1 to 12 representing hours and red numbers from :00 to :55 representing minutes. The white dice represent the PM hours, with blue numbers 1-12 indicating hours and red numbers :00 - :55 representing minutes. A total of 4 dice are included in the set.
