Open pack and remove gel pad from reusable tray. Place Soothies over the nipple area for instant cooling relief. Remove to breastfeed or pump. Can be reused for up to 72 hours. For extra cooling, store pads in the refrigerator.

One Soothies Gel Pad is used per breast. Place the gel side of the pad directly on the nipple between feeding or pumping sessions. Each set of pads can be used for up to 72 hours. Don’t use nipple cream and Soothies Gel Pads at the same time. Do not use more than three weeks. If condition persists, seek the advice of a breastfeeding specialist.
