Features
Smiths Portex Blue Line Ultra Suctionaid Tracheostomy Tube features an integral suction lumen to aid the removal of secretions from above the cuff. The thermosensitive PVC provides sufficient rigidity for the initial insertion and then softens at body temperature to accommodate individual patient anatomy. The tube is radiopaque to enable confirmation of tube position. It provides soft seal cuff velvet soft, low pressure, high volume cuff, with larger cuff resting diameter and has clear markings on the pilot balloon.

- Includes tube, two inner cannulae, cleaning brush and tube holder
- Obturator features special clip design to minimize tube tip movement during insertion
- Flange is soft for maximum patient comfort and clear to ensure aesthetic acceptability
- Hollow obturator allows the new tube to be fed over the guidewire to aid proper placement
- Change kit includes a 'J' tip guidewire which is placed through existing tube prior to removal
