3M Tegaderm High Integrity Alginate Dressing is a primary wound dressing for use on moderately to heavily exudating wounds. The dressing converts to a gel-like consistency as it absorbs exudate which provides a moist wound healing environment with easy removal. It provides high integrity for quick dressing changes.

  • Suggested Applications:

    Moderately to heavily exudating, partial- and full-thickness wounds
  • Clinical Application:

    Shallow, moist draining wounds
    - Wounds with friable wound base or fragile peri-wound skin
    - Wounds requiring autolytic debridement
    - Wounds with tunneling or undermining
    - Heavily-draining wounds with potential for peri-wound skin maceration
