II. After Sales Service: Warranty and Out of warranty Products

1. Initial Diagnostic Service Visit :  required to diagnose, how to fix your equipment, minor repairs could be completed during the same visit, if no parts are required. This visit determines the parts and time required to complete your repair. Parts under warranty are covered at no charge upon manufacturer approval. Labor costs will be charged for all visits irrespective of warranty status.
2. Service/Repair visit : Upon client approval, we will order the required parts and schedule the service visit to complete your repair. Every service visit is chargeable and out-of-warranty parts will be billed separately from labor costs.
