We provide an online platform to request a quote directly from our website and get the quote delivered to your email without any additional communication and delays.
There are two ways for you to request a quote :
1) Click on the form, fill out all the details, and provide the product SKU. Note: Mention any further request, feedback, comments, or quantity discounts in the comment box of the form and submit.
2) To request a quote for customizable products - login/register/create your account on medicaleshop.com, then go to the product page, add the item to quote, and click on My Account (located on the right side at the bottom of the page), go to purchases, select quotes to review the added quote, then fill out your contact details and addresses and click on submit to successfully submit the quote request online.

Most of the rehab equipment is suggested by the therapist according to the needs of the patient. Medicaleshop provides the consultation and measurement help on call by providing size charts and giving further product options that might be beneficial for the client. We also provide product trials in our local area of Connecticut State. Request a quote for any desired product and we will get back to you with specific instructions and pricing.
