The 3M Tegaderm +Pad Film Dressing with Non-Adherent Pad is a waterproof, bacterial and viral* barrier dressing. The dressing consists of a non-adherent, absorbent pad bonded to a larger thin film backing with a non-latex, hypoallergenic adhesive.

The 3M Tegaderm +Pad Film Dressing with Non-Adherent Pad is designed for covering acute wounds such as cuts, superficial and partial- thickness burns, abrasions, IV catheter sites, and surgical incisions. It is also designed for covering low exuding superficial and partial- thickness chronic wounds including pressure ulcers, venous ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers. Follow your “gauze and tape” protocol for use. This product is not designed, sold or intended for use except as indicated.

Advanced protection for wounds and surgical incisions. These sterile, waterproof film dressings provide a bacterial and viral barrier. The unique absorbent pad won't stick to the wound. (In vitro testing shows that the transparent film provides a viral barrier from virus 27 nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage)
