Alimed Bauerfeind Achillotrain Achilles tendon support features breathable knit material that ensures a cool and comfortable experience. The viscoelastic insert runs alongside the Achilles tendon, offering uniform pressure and targeted intermittent compression during movement. For added relief and reduction of painful irritation of the Achilles tendon are provided by an integrated viscoelastic heel wedge raises the heel by about 6 mm. A separate cushion is included for the unaffected leg to address the length difference.
