The spiral adhesive provides secure attachment and protects the skin by absorbing moisture, and extended wear adhesives offer additional protection against aggressive output, making it suitable for urostomy use as well.

Convex options are available to accommodate stomas that are flush, retracted, or located in skin folds. The light convex applies gentle pressure for slightly retracted stomas, while the standard convex applies moderate to high pressure for deeper stomas or scarred areas, reducing the risk of leaks.
