Cutimed Hydro B Sterile Hydrocolloid Bordered Dressing

Cutimed Hydro B is a bordered, sterile hydrocolloid dressing designed to create and maintain a moist wound healing environment. The hydrocolloid material interacts with wound exudate to form a soft gel that promotes healing and supports autolytic debridement. Featuring a tapered edge and thicker absorbent core, Cutimed Hydro B offers stronger liquid absorption than Cutimed Hydro L, providing reliable protection and comfort for the patient.

Directions for use:

• Cleanse the wound according to standard clinical protocols and ensure the periwound skin is dry.
• Select an appropriately sized dressing that overlaps the wound edges by at least 2�3 cm. Cut to shape if needed.
• Remove the dressing from the pouch, peel off part of the release film, and position the adherent side over the wound.
• Remove the remaining liner and smooth the dressing onto the skin to ensure full contact.

How to remove:

• Press down gently on the skin adjacent to the dressing and lift one edge carefully.
• Slowly loosen and remove the dressing from the wound, avoiding sudden pulling.

Indications:

• Venous leg ulcers
• Donor sites
• Postoperative wounds
• Skin abrasions

Wear time: Cutimed Hydro B can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition and exudate level. Replace the dressing if leakage occurs, it becomes saturated, or as guided by clinical practice. Continuous use should not exceed 30 days.
