Cutimed Siltec B is a sterile, silicone-coated absorbent polyurethane foam dressing with integrated superabsorbent stripes for superior exudate management. It features a gentle silicone adhesive border for secure fixation, offering both comfort and protection. The wound contact layer adheres to the periwound skin but not to the moist wound bed or new tissue, minimizing trauma during dressing changes and promoting an optimal healing environment.

Directions for use:

• Cleanse the wound according to clinical practice and ensure the surrounding skin is dry.
• Select a dressing size that covers the wound and overlaps the wound edges.
• Open the sterile pouch and remove the dressing.
• Peel off the protective film and apply the adherent side to the wound surface.
• Avoid stretching the dressing during application.
• If necessary apply additional fixation depending on the wound site.
• Cutimed Siltec B can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition and exudate levels.

How to remove:

• Gently remove any fixation materials, carefully lift Cutimed Siltec B from the wound, and discard it.

• Lacerations and abrasions

Wear time: Cutimed Siltec B can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition and dressing saturation.
