The Extra Large cuff fits upper arms with circumferences ranging from 16.5 to 23.6". This portable blood pressure monitor measures your systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as your pulse rate. The clear numbers of the results are displayed on the easy-to-read digital LCD panel.
It has the capacity to save and remember up to 60 readings. The body movement sensor and the cuff fit error message serve to prevent false measurements. The American Heart Association recommends taking your blood pressure as follows: Sit quietly while your blood pressure is taken. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before beginning. Maintain a straight back and level feet. Keep your back straight. Place your arm on a table with the cuff at heart level.
