Q: Can the batteries be replaced?
A: The Jelly Beamer uses 2 AA batteries (alkaline recommended).
When the batteries are low, the LED will flash three (3) times. It's recommended at this point to replace the batteries.

Q: What is the proper storage procedure for this device?
A: If the device isn't being used for long period of time, we recommend removing the batteries and storing it in a cool, dry place. This will ensure that it doesn't become damaged by corrosion when not being used.

Q: How to Connect a Big Beamer Transmitter?
A: The Big Beamer is a wireless switch that brings reliable, immediate switch access without the hassle of cords. To connect to the Original Wireless Receiver, follow the steps below:

1. Insert new batteries into the Big Beamer Transmitter and Original Receiver.
2. Turn ON both the Big Beamer Transmitter and Original Receiver
3. Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the Test button on the Original Receiver for about 5 seconds or until the LED turns green.
4. Press the switch on top of the Big Beamer to link it to the receiver. Please note that you may repeat this step for additional transmitters (up to 8 transmitters can be paired to a single receiver).
5. Exit pairing mode by pressing the pairing button on the Original Receiver once.

Now your receiver and transmitter are ready to be used!

Q: What to do if the Big Beamer Transmitter LED is flashing and wont activate?
A: If your device is not working correctly, it may be due battery issues:
Replace the batteries with new, regular alkaline batteries, make sure the replacement batteries are fresh and recently purchased.

Q: How to Secure the Colored Switch Cap on the Big Beamer Transmitter?
A: To better secure your switch top to the body of your Big Beamer, we recommend adding a small amount of semi-permanent adhesive to the threads of the switch top. This will provide additional resistance to help hold the switch top in place.
