BIGtrack 2 is a USB mouse with a big 3-inch track ball. BIGtrack 2's strong base enables the user to easily move and position the mouse cursor on the computer screen while performing fine or gross motor movements with the hand, arm, or foot. Once the mouse cursor is in place, there are two over-sized buttons for left and right clicking.

Drag Lock:

The drag lock function allows a user to move objects on the screen without needing to hold the mouse button down. To use the drag lock feature, hover the mouse cursor over the item you want to move. Once the cursor has been placed, double right click to lock onto the item. Once locked, the item can be moved with the trackball. Once you've reached at your preferred place, use the right or left click button once to release the object.

Switch Access:

BIGtrack 2 features two 1/8-inch mono (TS) switch connectors. Plugging in a switch on the left side of BIGtrack 2 enables the left click. Plugging in a switch on the right side of BIGtrack 2 enables the right click. Switches are not included and are sold separately.

Compatiblity:

BIGtrack 2 works with most laptop, desktop, and tablet PCs that support a standard mouse. A single USB Type A receptacle is required.

• The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.

Q: The BIGtrack is not installing correctly.
A: BIGtrack uses a generic USB mouse driver that is typically already installed on most compatible systems. If you are experiencing an issue where the BIGtrack does not appear to function with your device after initial connection we recommend:

• Try connecting BIGtrack to a different USB port on your device.
• If using a USB hub, try plugging BIGtrack directly into your device.

Q: A switch is not working when connected to BIGtrack.
A: BIGtrack allows up to 2 switch connections for left and right click. If your switch is not working we recommend:

• Connect the switch to a different switch port.
• Connect a different switch, that you know works, to the same port.

Q: BIGtrack is moving too fast/slow.
A: BIGtrack is designed to use the mouse settings of your device. You will need to adjust the mouse settings to meet your needs.

Q: Why is there a delay when right clicking on the BIGtrack 2?
