Accu Chek Aviva Control Solution a pair of 2.5 ml high/low control solutions from Roche, designed to validate your Aviva glucose meter and test strips with known reference glucose levels

Features:

• Dual Levels (High / Low): Includes both low‑ and high‑glucose control solutions to test across the expected range.
• 2.5 mL Volume Each: Each bottle contains 2.5 mL of solution.
• Glucose‑Based Control: Contains a known concentration of glucose, enabling you to check meter accuracy.

User Instructions:

• Identify the Correct Level: Use either low (Level 1) or high (Level 2) as needed. The level is printed on each bottle.
• Prepare Meter: Insert an Aviva test strip to power on the meter.
• Apply Control Solution: Squeeze the bottle gently until a small drop forms. Touch the drop to the strip's sample area when the meter prompts.
• Read the Result: After the test, compare the result shown on the meter with the "control range" printed on your strip vial label.
• Record / Act: If the result falls within the acceptable range, your system is working properly. If not, retest or check for possible errors.
• Storage: Recap the bottle tightly. Store at 2-32 C. Do not freeze.
• Open-Bottle Handling: Write the date when you first open the bottle. Discard 3 months later or by the printed "use by" date, whichever is earlier.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
