Action Products Commuter™ Cushion

Action Products Commuter™ cushion is designed to prevent incontinence by combining 1/2" akton® polymer and 1¾" foam, which are sealed in a waterproof film barrier. For customers with low risk, it provides basic shear reduction and pressure at a reasonable cost. There is a basic cover included with the commuter cushion.

Manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the following period:

• 5 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions not utilizing cube and pebbled technology.
• 2 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions utilizing cube or pebbled technology.
• The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse.
• Disposable items, adaptive pads (flat, cube & pebble pads), commode pads, cushion covers and ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials & workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions are applicable for warranty of this product.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• All returns require prior authorization (RMA) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• The manufacturer will assess whether a cushion is repairable.
• We cannot guarantee that a product will meet a specific purpose or requirement, and returns for this reason cannot be accepted.
• The manufacturer will determine if a product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or abuse.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
