Action Products Xact® Soft Cushion is a clinically recommended seating solution designed for individuals who require enhanced forward and lateral positioning support, in addition to effective pressure relief. This therapeutic cushion features a three-inch anti-thrust rise, integrated with a gentle pommel and adductor, to promote proper hip alignment and stabilize lower extremity posture — ideal for individuals at risk of skin breakdown or postural instability.

The cushion’s core combines a 9/16" Action® cube pad embedded within a laminated foam base to provide optimal pressure redistribution and long-term comfort. The contoured, curved base is layered with advanced viscoelastic foam, ensuring deep immersion and envelopment — essential for reducing shear forces and supporting skin integrity during prolonged sitting.

Manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the following period:

• 5 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions not utilizing cube and pebbled technology.
• 2 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions utilizing cube or pebbled technology.
• The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse.
• Disposable items, adaptive pads (flat, cube & pebble pads), commode pads, cushion covers and ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials & workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions are applicable for warranty of this product.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• All returns require prior authorization (RMA) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• The manufacturer will determine if a product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or abuse.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
