Action Products Xact® Soft Cushion

Action Products Xact® soft cushion is advised for customers who need support with forward and lateral positioning in addition to pressure alleviation. A three-inch anti-thrust rise is combined with a mild pommel and adductor to promote hip alignment and lower extremity placement in the soft design. Helping the user to stay in a comfortable and therapeutic position is the 9/16" action cube pad placed in a laminated foam foundation. Its strong, curved base is covered in numerous layers of viscofoam, offering significant immersion and envelopment for enhanced comfort and protection.

Manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the following period:

• 5 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions not utilizing cube and pebbled technology.
• 2 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions utilizing cube or pebbled technology.
• The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse.
• Disposable items, adaptive pads (flat, cube & pebble pads), commode pads, cushion covers and ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials & workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions are applicable for warranty of this product.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• All returns require prior authorization (RMA) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• The manufacturer will determine if a product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or abuse.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
