Our Pros Combo I (788-641) is the ideal kit for the demanding pre-hospital professional or medical student. It combines our best-selling palm aneroid and our Sprague 641 stethoscope. The Adcuff+ model features our all-new, one-piece, reusable nylon blood pressure cuff:
