Allevyn Gentle Border Foam Dressing ensures a secure adhesion to the skin without causing pain or harm during removal or dressing changes. This makes it ideal for individuals with delicate or sensitive skin, as well as those who must change their dressings regularly. The border is designed to adhere to body contours, resulting in a snug fit that promotes comfort while lowering the possibility of leaking. Its extremely absorbent foam cushion can handle moderate to heavy exudate. This innovative dressing is composed of a soft, flexible foam core that effectively absorbs exudate while keeping the surroundings moist and promoting quicker healing.

- A highly permeable polyurethane top film for ideal moisture management and comfort.
- The hydrocellular foam layer provides great cushioning and protection.
- A perforated wound contact layer coated with a gel adhesive ensures secure but soft adhesion.
- Provides up to 7 days of wear time, ensuring long-term protection and fewer dressing changes.
- Can be easily trimmed to accommodate different wound sizes and shapes.
- Ideal for preventing pressure injuries from medical devices and improving patient care.
Indications: Chronic and acute, full-thickness, partial-thickness or granulating exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, surgical wounds, infected wounds and burns (first- and second-degree).
Directions to use:
- Cleanse the application site, ensuring the surrounding skin is clean, dry, and free from excess hair. Select the appropriate dressing size, ensuring the absorbent pad covers the entire wound.
- Peel back the first liner and apply the adhesive side of the dressing to the skin.
- If necessary, the dressing can be repositioned as required.
For Removal: To remove the dressing, lift one corner and slowly peel back until it is completely removed from the wound.

- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee as per manufacturers terms and conditions.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
- The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
- Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
