Allevyn Gentle Border Lite Adhesive Hydrocellular Foam Dressing is a thin, silicone-border wound dressing engineered to support effective moisture management in low to moderately exuding wounds. Featuring advanced triple-action technology, this hydrocellular foam dressing helps maintain a moist wound healing environment while reducing trauma during dressing removal. The gentle silicone adhesive layer minimizes discomfort for patients with sensitive or fragile skin, while the conformable design adapts easily to curved and hard-to-dress body areas.

Indications:

• Suitable for use on fragile skin.

• For wound management by secondary intention on shallow, granulating wounds, chronic and acute exudative wounds, full and partial thickness wounds such as pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, skin tears.

Directions to use:

• Cleanse wound and surrounding skin as per clinical guidelines and dry thoroughly.
• Choose a dressing size that covers the wound and surrounding skin with adequate margin.
• Remove backing and center the dressing over the wound site.
• Smooth the edges to ensure full contact with skin and eliminate wrinkles.
