Allevyn Gentle Border Multisite Dressing

Allevyn Gentle Border Multisite Foam Dressings are effective at covering wounds in difficult-to-dress parts of the body. These dressings are intended for use on delicate or sensitive skin and contain a soft silicone gel adhesive that reduces irritation during dressing changes. The unique tri-lobe shape enables use in difficult-to-fit places such as the heel. When combined with a latex-free, silicone-based adhesive border and Allevyn's triple-action technology, they provide safe and convenient wound care. When combined with pressure-relieving devices, these foam dressings help to improve pressure-relief methods.

Intended for use on: Chronic and acute, full-thickness, partial-thickness or granulating exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, surgical wounds, infected wounds and burns (first- and second-degree).

Directions to use:

1. Cleanse the application site, ensuring the surrounding skin is clean, dry, and free from excess hair. Select the appropriate dressing size, ensuring the absorbent pad covers the entire wound.
2. Peel back the first liner and apply the adhesive side of the dressing to the skin.
3. If necessary, the dressing can be repositioned as required.

For Removal: To remove the dressing, lift one corner and slowly peel back until it is completely removed from the wound.
