Indications For Use
The AMT Enteral Transition Adapters are intended to facilitate enteral-specific connections between AAMI/CN3(PS) compliant connectors and non ISO 80369-1 compliant legacy enteral connectors.
Contraindications
At this time, there are no contraindications for the use of the ENFit Transition Adapters.

Clinical benefits to be expected when using the ENFit Transition Adapters include, but are not limited to: Provides a connection method between feeding sets, extension sets, and syringes with ENFit connectors and enteral connections with non-ENFit compliant connecting ends.

Performance characteristics of the ENFit Transition Adapters include, but are not limited to: providing connections between giving sets and syringes with ISO 80369-3 ENFit connectors and enteral connections with non-ISO 80369-3 compliant connecting ends.

Device Longevity
Always remove the transition adapter from the legacy adapter after each use. The transition adapter is reusable. Depending on usage (frequency, environment, etc.), periodic replacement of the adapter may be necessary for optimal functionality. Replace the adapter if any leakage or cracks occur.

- The product warranty is applicable as per the terms and conditions provided by the product manufacturer.

- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee as per manufacturers terms and conditions.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
- The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
- Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
