AMT Mini One Obturated Non-Balloon Button Feeding Tube features a capsule design that offers several advantages you won't find with other gastrostomy tubes. It has no balloon to fail, so replacements occur less frequently, and the self-lubricating capsule dramatically reduces pain during insertion. The Mini ONE Non-Balloon button offers the advantage of a low-profile device, with a shaft that is as narrow as that of the balloon button. Additionally, the internal bolster is smaller than a balloon button so it's less likely to block the pylorus, and features an easy-to-use pull-away tether that releases the capsule to deploy the internal bolster. The removal tool may then be used to distend the bolster to a smaller profile. Applied Medical MiniONE G-Tube Obturated Non-Balloon Button offers an internal dome that provides more holes for better feeding and venting, and the feeding sets are interchangeable with the AMT Mini ONE Balloon Button Low Profile G-tube device.
