This Car bed is intended for newborns with medical issues that prevent them from tolerating a reclining position while traveling. This car seat is designed for infants weighing less than 9 lbs and measuring no more than 21.5 inches in length.

• The manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser of the product that, if properly used strictly in accordance with the instructions and specifications included in the original packaging, it shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase.
• This warranty does not include damages due to external sources, including, but not limited to accident, negligence, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, improper testing or use that is not in conformance with the instructions and specifications in the instruction booklet included.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
