Arjo ErgoFit® Hammock 6 strap sling is a total lift sling that provides full head and neck support and double thigh padding for comfort. The additional straps provide more support for patient/resident. This Hammock 6 strap sling is made of a quick drying mesh fabric that makes it ideal for bathing as well as general transfers.

The sling is used with passive lifting devices to transfer patients in a seated position to and from the bed, chair, bathroom, wheelchair, hygiene device and floor.

• - The hammock effect of the sling can be achieved by fitting in seated position
• - It allows for different positioning in the head and leg by selecting different loops which allows for different hip angles while in the sling
• - The mesh fabric allows for bathing and showering activities as the material allows water to pass easily through the sling

Selecting the most appropriate sling is important to ensure it is suitable for the patient/resident, for the type of transfer required and compatible with the lift being used. This sling is intended for passive transfers of patients/residents with limited ability to move and require full or partial body support during transfer.

The sling should be used together with Arjo lift devices (loop attachment) in accordance with the Allowed Combinations section in the Instructions for Use.
