The spacious 27"W x 76"L surface is upholstered with durable 34 oz. heavy-duty vinyl, enhanced with Permablok 3® bacterial protection for hygiene and easy maintenance. A thick 1.5" high-density foam padding ensures maximum patient comfort throughout treatment sessions. The table is also ADA compliant, making it accessible for all patients.

Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the AM-BA500 includes rounded corners and four total locking casters for stability and easy mobility. The head section, lower extremity, and armrests offer extensive adjustable ranges to facilitate precise positioning: the head section adjusts from +45° to -90°, the lower extremity from 0 to 78°, and the armrests from +45° to -90.

The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material & workmanship according to the schedule below:

• 18 Month warranty on table

• Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equal part in exchange, therefore.
• Warranty covers components and repairs (labor) indicated below, commencing on date of original shipment.
• Labor coverage may not include replacement or installation of small parts or components.
• This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used for the normal purpose for which intended.
• The customer shall be responsible for the proper set-up and use of the product.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Manufacturer Service and/or Sales will determine the technical level of service needed and approve labor coverage on a case by case basis.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Orders canceled after two weeks may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and returned in the original packaging at the customer’s expense.
• For returns not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Hygiene & bath products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
