Armedica quantum 400 intersegmental table is designed with built-in rollers to improve spinal mobility and relieve muscle tightness. It is an electrically powered treatment table with motorized roller height, vibration, and pressure adjustment. AMQ400 table comes with hand held remote control with cord and an exclusive glide-trak system. Quantum 400 roller massage table is not intended for use on clients weighing more than 300 lbs. AMQ400 includes protective cover for foot area and bolster knee pillow (20"Lx6"Wx7"H).

• The manufacturer warrants roller travel motor, roller rotation motor and roller elevation motor for a period of 5 years after purchase.
• Warranty includes motor replacement or repair. Labor for installation of new or repaired motor is covered for 1 year.
• In the event non-manufacturing corporation technicians perform labor; cost of such labor must be approved by the manufacturer.
• The three black plastic rollers are warranted for the lifetime of the table.
• All other parts, excluding vinyl are warranted for a period of 1 year after purchase.
• Warranty includes replacement or repair of parts and labor.
• The purchaser agrees to pay for all labor and /or parts not covered under this warranty and to also pay for any expenses incurred during such repair.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• After two weeks, orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
