Atos Medical Provox LaryTube is a soft silicone laryngectomy tube that maintains the opening of the tracheostoma. It can be used to attach a Provox HME or a Provox FreeHands Speaking Valve. The Provox LaryTube is well suited for immediate postoperative Provox HME use, HME use during radiotherapy, and HME use in patients with sensitive skin. Provox LaryTube is available in Standard, Fenestrated and With Ring (to be secured with Provox adhesive). Provox LaryTubes are made of soft, flexible, yet sufficiently rigid silicone. The conical, anatomical shape helps to assure an optimal seal around the stoma. The Provox LaryTube helps laryngectomees with an unstable or deep stoma to achieve pulmonary protection and rehabilitation.
Features: - Non sterile, for single use, reusable.
- Allows for immediate post-operative use of an HME.
- Maintains an open stoma to patients with shrinking stomas.
- Helps Laryngectomees with an unstable or deep stoma to achieve pulmonary protection and rehabilitaion.

Available in Three Versions:
- The Standard version is designed for use when a custom fenestration is preferred or when voice prosthesis is not required.
- The Blue Ring model, which requires a base plate that is adhesive. When using the Provox FreeHands HME to support the stoma seal or if a cannula is only used at night, it is advised.
- The Fenestrated version, made to be used with a voice prosthesis. In order to avoid the voice prosthesis accidently locking onto and dislocating, several little fenestrations (sieve) are chosen over a single large one.
