The Provox XtraFlange Silicone Washer from Atos Medical is designed to minimise leakage near the voice prosthesis. The Provox XtraFlange and Provox Vega XtraSeal can be used together in extreme cases. After replacement, the security medallion is cut off once the correct placement has been established.
