Bard Lubricath Hotter 3-Way Foley Catheter is used for urinary catheterization designed to be inserted into the bladder through the urethra in order to manage urine incontinence. The Bard Lubricath 3 Way Foley Catheter is used Post TURP Hemostasis with a long coude tip. The 3-Way Foley Catheter is made of soft, flexible material and has three lumen (or channels) running through it. One lumen is used to inflate the balloon on the end of the catheter, which helps to keep it securely in place once it is inserted. Another lumen is used to drain urine from the bladder, and the third lumen is used to inject saline solution into the bladder to help maintain proper hygiene.
