BD Saf-T-Intima closed IV catheter System is made of clinically superior BD Vialon biomaterial that offers passive needle shielding to provide the highest degree of safety while providing both clinical and economic benefits. The integrated system provides added protection from blood and bloodborne pathogens. The unique, telescoping safety shield covers the needle after use to help protect against accidental needlesticks injuries.

The "Y" adapter allows for prepriming and flushing during venipuncture.
The multipurpose design features an integral extension set with a slide clamp.
The pre-attached extension tubing offers a closed system, ensuring a virtually bloodless venipuncture.
Flexible, textured wings provide confident catheter control and a broad base for a secure, low-profile tapedown and optimal patient comfort.
A unique "Y" adapter can preconnect the BD Saf-T-Intima integrated IV catheter and create a closed catheter system for a virtually bloodless insertion.
BD Saf-T-Intima Closed IV Catheter System features a removable PRN adapter that lets the user connect with his choice of needleless injection system or infusion line.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee as per manufacturers terms and conditions.
All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
