Bodypoint® rear pull four point padded hip belt with Rehab Latch™ Buckle ensures the best solution for all levels of function and to assist ease of use for carers. Padded Hip Belts is shaped to fit the body and distribute pressure for all-day comfort. Padded Hip Belt has two points of attachment to the wheelchair which is suitable for supporting users with low tone or weakness. Rear Pull tightens from the rear of the pad pulling toward the center. Rehab Latch™ Buckle is a lightweight, strong, low profile and easy to operate with limited hand function.
Seat mounting bracket (optional) provides an easy & secure way to mount belts to active wheelchairs. They are ideal for chairs with sling seat upholstery or a solid seat base. The 20° bracket is designed for mounting on the side of the seat tube, and the 90° bracket is great for mounting on top. Either configuration places the belt as close as possible to the user, for better fit.
User Issues: Fall risk, sacral sitting (or risk for), posterior or anterior pelvic tilt, pelvic obliquity/rotation | Product Examples: Two or four-point hip belt, with sub-ASIS pads (LB belts) if needed. With significant sliding risk or obliquity/rotation, consider a four-point belt or Evoflex®. |

Q. What is the benefit of the rear-pull adjustment design?
A. The rear-pull configuration allows caregivers to pull the straps toward
the center from behind the pad, giving them better leverage to apply symmetrical
and secure tension—ideal for precise pelvic alignment.
Q. Does the belt offer comfort for long-term use?
A. Yes, the belt is lined with wrinkle-free, soft fabric and features
closed-cell foam padding that resists compression and distributes pressure
evenly, providing exceptional comfort during prolonged use.
Q. How does the Rehab Latch™ Buckle improve usability for caregivers and
users?
A. The Rehab Latch™ Buckle is a low-profile, strong, and easy-to-operate
fastening system. It's specifically designed to be usable by individuals or
caregivers with limited hand function, while also ensuring secure closure.
Q. How does a four-point attachment enhance stability?
A. Unlike standard two-point belts, a four-point system uses both primary
and secondary straps to anchor the belt securely in place, reducing the chance
of it riding up, twisting, or shifting, especially during active movement.
Q. What makes the D-ring design more user-friendly?
A. The deeper D-ring loops are easier to grasp, especially for caregivers
with larger hands or limited dexterity, and they stay in place to help ensure
quick and secure adjustments.
Q. How do I determine the size I need?
