CanDo Rubber Band Hand Exerciser with 25 Bands is ideal for hand and finger flexion exercises. Vary resistances by increasing or decreasing the number of rubber bands attached to the exerciser, or by changing to a different color-coded set of bands. The Range-of-motion (ROM) may be decreased by using the flexion limiter.
