Instructions to use:

For Dry Heat Therapy:

1. 1. Insert the pad into the cloth cover.
2. Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
3. Choose from the two heat settings.
4. Place the pad on the area to be treated.
5. Turn the pad off and unplug the power cord when finished.

For Moist Heat Therapy:

1. Insert the pad into the cloth cover without the sponge.
2. Saturate the sponge with warm water and wring out any excess.
3. Place the sponge on the heating pad inside the cloth cover.
4. Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
5. Set the controller to desired settings.
6. Turn the pad off and unplug the power cord when finished

Care: Do not dry clean, do not use bleach, and do not use a wringer.

1. Set the controller to OFF. Unplug the pad from the wall outlet.
2. Machine wash or hand wash in warm water and line dry.
3. Do not plug the pad until it is dry.
4. Store in a cool place when not in use.
