Chamber Brite Autoclave Chamber Cleaner is a specialized cleaning and descaling agent formulated to remove water deposit oxides and other sediment buildup in steam sterilizers. Made from a combination of acidic salts and cleaning materials, it helps maintain autoclave performance and extend equipment lifespan. Chamber Brite is suitable for use with most steam sterilizers but is not intended for the Elara11 or other pre/post vacuum autoclaves.
Features:
- Effective Descaling Formula: Removes oxides, water deposits, and sediment buildup in steam sterilizers.
- Routine Maintenance: Recommended cleaning every 20 cycles or as needed.
- Specialty Use: Not compatible with Elara11 or pre/post vacuum autoclaves.
- Model-Specific Usage:
- Use 2 packets for Models 2840/3850/3870
- Use ½ packet for Model 1730
- Use 1 packet for all other compatible models
Cleaning procedure:
- Important - all steps in this procedure must be completed without interruption.

- Place trays and tray holder in the sink to be cleaned with a stainless steel SAFE cleaner
- Fill water reservoir with distilled water.
- Open the door in any chamber spread the contents of a packet in a straight even line along the bottom of the cold chamber, from back to the chamber front.
- Run a standard unwrapped cycle with 3 minute sterilization time at 273°F (134C) with no drying cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions on all Tuttnauer "E/EA/EZ/EKA/ EK" series units. All cycles referenced are from a COLD start. When the cycle is finished, exhaust the unit.
- At the end of the exhaust cycle drain the water from the reservoir.
- Refill the water reservoir with distilled water.
- Repeat step 6, but without using Chamber Brite.
- At the end of the exhaust cycle drain the water from the reservoir.
- Turn the autoclave off and allow chamber to cool.
- Wipe the interior of the chamber with a damp cloth.
- Refill the reservoir with distilled water only.
- For M/MK/Valueklave models, turn the "Fill" knob to the fill position and allow a small amount of water (4 ounces) to enter the chamber. For all E/EA/EZ/EKA/EK models, press the "Manual Water Fill" button and allow a small amount of water (4 ounces), to enter the chamber. For all units remove this water from the chamber.
