Children’s TYLENOL Cold + Cough + Sore Throat Oral Suspension is formulated to help relieve multiple cold and flu symptoms in children. This liquid medicine combines a pain reliever and fever reducer with a cough suppressant to provide effective relief from cough, sore throat, and minor aches associated with colds and flu.

Each 5 mL dose contains acetaminophen to help reduce fever and relieve minor aches and pains, along with dextromethorphan HBr to help suppress cough. This combination helps manage common cold and flu symptoms so children can feel more comfortable during illness.

The liquid suspension comes in a kid-friendly bubblegum flavor designed to make dosing easier for children. The formula is ibuprofen-free, aspirin-free, and alcohol-free. A dosing cup is included to help ensure accurate measurement of each dose.

Children’s TYLENOL Cold + Cough + Sore Throat is designed for children ages 4 to 11 years when used as directed.

Active Ingredients (in each 5 mL)

• Acetaminophen 160 mg – Pain reliever / Fever reducer
• Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg – Cough suppressant

Directions

• Shake well before using.
• Use only the enclosed dosing cup for measuring doses.
• Repeat dose every 4 hours while symptoms last.
• Do not give more than 5 doses in 24 hours.

Dosage

• Children 4 to 5 years (36–47 lb): 5 mL every 4 hours as needed.
• Children 6 to 11 years (48–95 lb): 10 mL every 4 hours as needed.
• Children under 4 years: Do not use.
