Ingredients: L-Glutamine, L-Lysine Acetate, L-Alanine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, L-Threonine, L-Histidine, L-Asparagine Monohydrate, L-Proline, L-Tryptophan, L-Arginine, L-Serine, L-Glutamic Acid, L-Methionine, Glycine, L-Cystine, Taurine, Silicon Dioxide, L-Carnitine.

Directions for Use:

• Simply add 12 g (approx. 1 Tablespoon, level and unpacked) to 5 fl oz (150 mL) of a flavored (protein-free) beverage, food low in protein or other MSUD formula. Dilution may be adjusted to personal taste. Not intended to be added to plain water. For greater accuracy, use a gram scale.
• Cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake until fully blended.
• Best served immediately.

Storage: Store unopened cans at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid extreme temperatures. Once a can is opened, reseal with lid provided and use within one month.

Important Notice: Must only be used medical supervision. For oral or tube feedings. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Only suitable for individuals over 1 year of age with proven maple syrup urine disease (MSUD).

Note: Must be combined with an appropriate vitamin & mineral supplement when taken as the sole source of MSUD medical food.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
