ConvaTec Natura Post-Op 2-Piece Urostomy Kit is designed for post-surgical ostomy care following colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy procedures. The 2-1/4" system features a transparent urostomy pouch with Accuseal tap and a Durahesive moldable skin barrier for a secure, customized fit.

Engineered to provide gentle application, this post-operative kit requires less pressure on tender abdomens, helping support patient comfort during recovery. The two-piece system allows for easy pouch attachment and removal without disturbing the skin barrier.

The Durahesive moldable skin barrier adapts to individual stoma shapes to help protect peristomal skin from moisture and irritation. In addition to post-surgical ostomy care, the kit may also be used in the management of abdominal fistulas or draining surgical wounds.
